Breathing With Your Whole Heart

This weekly virtual guided breathing course, led by Therese Tappouni, will introduce you to the basic HeartMath® breathing techniques. The first session will begin on Wednesday, October 14th at Noon and convene each week through December 9th, where Therese will teach another HeartMath® tool.

Classes will be virtual and each session will be limited to 15 minutes.

Begin your personal journey with a Whole Heart individual or group class

Individuals receive training or counseling on a one-to-one basis, in person or by phone. Group glasses are also offered at Whole Heart at Breaking Ground Contracting or the client’s site. Therese also speaks to many organizations as a luncheon or dinner speaker. She has spoken to or provided workshops for clients, such as the Women’s Council of the Associated Builders and Contractors; the International Coaching Federation; The Florida State Rehabilitation Association’s National Convention; and large private Jacksonville companies from accounting firms to a veterinary hospital.
